Who are you? [a pessimist or an optimist]

Only the limits of our mindset can determine the boundaries of our failure. -Anonymous

Each and everyone of us, fall in one of this categories. It’s not bad if you have thought negatively, because we are faced with situations that makes us think so. But… The main thing to ask is if you allow that daunting thought affect your mood. Are you a pessimist or an optimist? Let me break it down before you give your answer.

If you find yourself in a difficult situation and think it’s over or you think mainly about how hard it will be to get through it, you’re a pessimist.
On the other hand, of you face like situation and when people think it’s impossible, you try and focus on the bright side, you’re an optimist.

Pessimism is an outward expression of bad attitude. If you seem to always find yourself in the downside of otherwise great situation like looking good for the dark lining in the silver clouds or see a glass half-empty rather than half-full, it’s clear you’ve the bad-attitude-induced pessimism.
But… If you don’t see things this way round, you’re an optimist!

It may be hard to change those thoughts to the positive but imagine the kind of life you will live when you finally change it.
Pessimists shoot down their dreams and that of others around while optimist lift theirs and that of people around them.

Always try to be positive and optimistic at all times. Leave those past failures behind and start all over again with series of determination, looking forward to a better result. Failure is of the mind.

If you think you can, you can. If you believe a thing strongly enough, it can come to pass in your life. -Charley Paddock
